To get a taste, take a week of your holiday time with a church that is run along these lines, has achieved genuine community, and is gathering daily on a retreat, or for a project which you can volunteer to help with. You might need to persist in order to find what you are looking for, but once you have succeeded then you will be plugged into a wider network.
